The Website Marketing plan is perfect for nonprofits that have an annual budget of at least $750K, but do not have a full-time marketing team that do all of the following:

Website creation is broken down into a collaborative nine step process.
We will get to know your organization and what you are looking for. If we can deliver on your unique needs, we will send you a project quote. If it is not in our area of expertise, we will refer a trusted colleague.
Contact us to set up a Discovery Call so we can learn about what you are looking for and provide a quote.
You will receive a Welcome Guide and help from us on accessing your Project Dashboard, filling out the Objectives Questionnaire and submitting any existing content.
Here’s where the real fun begins! We will have a Kickoff Workshop where we go over your brand, form ideal user journeys and brainstorm visions for the website.
Based on all the information we have aggregated about your brand and goals, we will create a homepage prototype draft with a user flow that optimizes your target audience to take action.
After reviewing the homepage draft, you will meet with us to go over what you would like to change. Based on your feedback, we will make revisions until the homepage meets your vision.
In the same style as the homepage, we will create a draft for each of the other pages. You can see the entire user flow we planned take shape now as the whole frontend of the website is built out.

This is the most exciting step! After signing off on the Pre-Launch Checklist, we will make the website live to the world. We will do this by transferring the staging site to a production environment and connecting it to your domain.
Through our Custom Tutorial Videos, Instructional Docs, and Training Meeting we will teach you how to edit anything you want on your website. And of course down the road we will be available for any questions or additions on the website that come up.
This is where the website creation project ends and the ongoing management of the website begins. We offer the Website Management plan to maintain your site and the Website Marketing plan to grow your site’s audience.
You are allowed unlimited revisions in the Homepage Review and Revision step and the Website Review and Revision step. In other words, we will keep on making edits based on your feedback until it meets your vision. Most projects take 1-3 rounds of the review and revision cycle though.
After a step is signed off on as being complete, no more major changes involving that step will be made.
We primarily develop websites in WordPress using Elementor Pro. Custom CSS and JavaScript are used when needed.
If our initial assessment reveals that a different platform would be better suited for a project though, we will proceed in that direction.
A typical Website Creation project takes around 1-3 months from start to finish.
Websites with an extensive amount of pages tend to take longer.
A client can expedite the project by working with us quickly in the content submission stage and review and revision steps. Let us know what your ideal timeline is and we will make a gameplan to make it happen.
Since each website project is inherently different, we provide custom quotes to our clients based on their specific needs. For example, functionality and number of pages are two of the biggest factors that can vary a quote.

Website Management Plan
We are available for website edits at a discounted hourly rate. We will always answer within 24 hours. Smaller edits are completed same day. Larger edits or additions are given a timeline.
